HOW TO APPLY – INSTRUCTIONS BY SURFACE
Instructions for Paint & Glass

Prepare the Surface
- Wash and dry the vehicle thoroughly using HydroSilex Ceramic Soap to remove surface debris.
- For used vehicles: Perform clay bar treatment and a light polish to eliminate oxidation, fallout, and embedded contaminants.

Apply Chrome Ceramic Coating
- Place 3–4 drops of HydroSilex Chrome onto the included microfiber applicator pad.
- Spread the product in a crosshatch pattern over a 2x2 ft section (horizontal then vertical strokes).

Buff and Let Cure
- Buff with a clean, dry microfiber towel until the surface is crystal clear.
- Allow the vehicle to cure for 24 hours in a dry, weather-free environment before exposure to water or driving.
Instructions for Plastic Trim & Headlight

Clean the Surface
- Spray the surface with HydroSilex Prep or a surface-safe cleaner to remove oils, wax, and oxidation.
- For faded or aged trim, use a clay mitt or light polish to restore clarity and promote bonding.

Apply Chrome Ceramic Coating
- Apply Chrome using the microfiber applicator in slow, overlapping strokes.
- Ensure full and even surface coverage.

Buff and Let Cure
- Buff gently with a clean microfiber towel.
- Let cure for 24 hours in a dry, shaded space away from wind and sun.

- Thoroughly degrease with a wheel-safe cleaner to remove brake dust, oils, and road grime.
- Clay bar the wheel surface if buildup or embedded particles are present.

Apply HydroSilex Chrome Coating
- Apply the coating one small section at a time using the microfiber applicator.
- Use controlled crosshatch strokes for full, even coverage.

Final Buff & Cure
- Wait 30–60 seconds, then buff evenly with a microfiber towel.
- Allow wheels to cure for 24 hours before driving or washing for best gloss and adhesion.
